Welcome to WNW Doggy Bus!

• Vaccination records are mandatory: All dogs must have a current rabies vaccination. Proof of vaccination from your veterinarian is required.
• Recommended: While not mandatory, vaccinations for distemper, parvovirus, and Bordetella (kennel cough) are highly encouraged.
• Health Check: Prior to boarding, each dog must undergo a health check to ensure they are free from contagious illnesses or parasites. This keeps all our passengers safe.
• Temperament Evaluation: All dogs must undergo a temperament evaluation at our facility to ensure they are friendly and not aggressive towards other dogs or people.
• Identification: Each dog should wear a secure collar with identification tags, including their name and your contact information. Microchipping is recommended for added security.
• Leash and Harness: For safe loading and unloading, dogs must be equipped with a sturdy leash and harness. During the ride, the harness will secure your dog safely with a seat belt.
• Cleanliness: Please ensure your dog is clean and free from fleas or ticks. Regular grooming and parasite prevention are not only encouraged but essential.
• Booking and Payment: Booking for the doggy bus service must be done in advance. Secure your spot by providing payment when booking.
• Emergency Contact Information: Owners are required to provide emergency contact information to handle any unforeseen incidents during the ride.
• Aggressive Behavior Policy: Aggression towards drivers or other passengers may lead to disqualification from future rides and could result in an immediate drop-off back at home.
